These terms govern your use of streamfusionweb.com, operated by STREAMFUSIONWEB LLC, doing business as Stream Fusion Web ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site, you agree to them.
This site describes our services - website design and build, local search optimization, customer relationship management setup, and business automation for local service businesses - and lets you request a free growth audit, download free resources, and contact us.
Paid work is governed by the written agreement we sign with each client, including scope, pricing, deliverables, and any guarantees. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we both agree to it in writing.
Free resources (such as the playbook and the growth audit) are provided for your information. They reflect our honest analysis at the time we prepare them, but every market and business is different - how you act on them is up to you, and results depend on execution and factors outside our control.
The content of this site - copy, design, graphics, and the Stream Fusion Web name and logo - belongs to us. You may not reuse it commercially without our written permission. Our clients own their websites, domains, content, and customer data, as set out in their agreements.

The program. STREAMFUSIONWEB LLC, doing business as Stream Fusion Web, operates an SMS program for people who ask us to text them. You are enrolled only if you entered your mobile number on a form on this site and affirmatively consented to receive text messages. Consent to non-marketing messages and consent to marketing messages are treated separately: agreeing to one does not opt you into the other, consent is never pre-selected for you, and you can submit a form on this site without agreeing to either. We never add a number from a purchased, rented, or third-party list. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
What we send. Non-marketing messages cover appointment reminders and confirmations for the growth audit or other calls you book with us, scheduling, delivery of a resource you asked for, and customer care replies about an inquiry you sent us. Marketing messages cover offers, promotions, new services, and updates about our website design, local search, customer relationship management, and automation services. You control each category separately. Message frequency may vary with your activity and averages two to six messages per month.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to end all texts from us, marketing and non-marketing alike, regardless of which box you checked. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will follow unless you opt in again. You may also email info@lc.streamfusionweb.com or ask us on a call.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider, and you are responsible for them. Check your plan for details.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is outside our control. Not all mobile devices or carriers may support the program.
Eligibility and age. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to incur charges on, the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm both.
Changing your number. If you give up or change your mobile number, tell us, so we do not text someone who never consented.
Privacy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
